April 25, 2010
Trusst Builders, one of the best builders in Leland NC, introduced 9 new floorplans in 3 of its most popular neighborhoods in Brunswick Forest. “We’ve introduced these new designs to complement the existing neighborhoods and to meet the needs of today’s homebuyers,” said Shawn Horton, President of Trusst. “Through the years, our product lines have continually evolved and improved based mainly on customer feedback and being aware of the demands of the current market. We’ve developed designs and prices to complement the existing neighborhoods and to meet the demands of today’s homebuyers without sacrificing the quality finishes that people have come to expect from Trusst homes.”
“We’ve introduced these new designs to complement the existing neighborhoods and to meet the needs of today’s homebuyers.”
Trusst Builders has a strong sense of who their customers are and what they are looking for. Ranging from 1,889 to 2,742 heated sq. ft., the new plans feature elegant brick homes that offer a low maintenance lifestyle in an amenity rich community. The homes were designed in direct response to customer demand and homebuyer trends. According to the National Association of Home Builders, the average size of a new home has dropped for the first time in 30 years.
Four of these new home plans are featured in The Floridian Collection of home plans available exclusively within the Villamar and Parkview neighborhoods. The Floridian Collection, which now has seven plans to choose from, offers home designs ranging from the 2,302 square foot Biscayne to the 2,929 square foot Sanibel. The new styles include the Biscayne, Lauderdale, Melbourne and Tavernier. Each of these new floorplans offers more than 2,300 heated sq. ft, three bedrooms and two-car garages.
Four additional new home plans are featured in the English Tudor Collection available exclusively in the Belshaw neighborhood. The English Tudor Collection, which now features seven plans to choose from, offers home designs ranging from the 1,889 square foot Chatham I to the 2,742 Abbey II. The new styles include the Abbey I, Abbey II, Chatham I, Chatham II and Kingston. These three-bedroom homes provide the space and features homebuyers are looking for. Three of the new floorplans will be showcased in the 2010 Parade of Homes. Models will be open daily April 24 – 25 and May 1 – 2.
The floorplans will be available by early summer on Trusst’s website at www.trusstbuildergroup.com.
“Trusst reached more than 60 sales in 2009 and early 2010 and we are still listening to what customers want. Our homebuyers are looking for single-story, brick homes that include standard features that other builders consider upgrades,” Horton said. “Trusst homes offer that custom quality without the custom price. To provide the best value home with all of the amenities our customers expect, we are constantly listening to what homebuyers want. Then we incorporate those wants into new designs to ensure we consistently meet and exceed expectations.”
