Grae Hilton

From marketing world-renowned musicians and sold-out concerts to beach cottages and new home communities, Grae Hilton is a seasoned – and well-travelled — marketing pro.

A native of Rockingham, NC, Grae moved to Wilmington with her family fiain 2006, shortly before entering UNC-Greensboro. Here, she earned a BA in marketing, worked part-time at the Greensboro Coliseum, and launched what would become a 12-year stint in the entertainment industry. Her career took her to NC, SC, Georgia and Ohio as a Tour Marketing Manager for Live Nation and AEG, two of the largest concert promoters in the US. But the lure of family and the Carolina Coast called her back to Wilmington in 2016. A year later, she earned her real estate license and began a new career that combines her passions for marketing, interior design and sales. Prior to joining Trusst and Bill Clark Homes, Grae worked as an on-site Broker for Mungo Homes and has extensive experience in both New Hanover and Brunswick counties.

Grae is a resident of Ogden and the owner of four dogs – two mini-daschunds, a black lab and a terrier mix. When she is not working, Grae enjoys boating with her husband Josh and spending time with friends and family. And from time-to-time, she can be found working backstage during live shows at Live Oak Bank Pavilion, helping out her former co-workers from Live Nation.
