Michael Keller

Although some believe it’s easier to ask forgiveness than seek permission, Michael Keller lives and works by a different philosophy. Michael is an expert at seeking permission, as he is responsible for securing all of the permits required for the construction of each Trusst Builder Group home.

Michael works closely with city and county administrators as well as representatives of water, sewer and electric utilities to navigate the permitting process quickly and professionally. He also works with Homeowners Associations and Architectural Review Committees to ensure that each Trusst home is in compliance with all neighborhood covenants.

Michael joined Trusst Builder Group in January 2010 after earning a certificate in Auto CAD from Cape Fear Community College. And although he grew up around the business as the son of company co-founder Keith Keller, Michael didn’t anticipate going into the building industry. But he’s glad he did, as he enjoys the work and particularly enjoys working with his father.

Michael is a native of Wilmington and a student at Cape Fear Community College, where he is working on a degree in business administration.
