There’s a new, minimalistic movement taking place in the real estate market right now. People are looking to downsize their lifestyles, reduce their carbon footprint, and get back to focusing on what’s most important – family, friends, and community. At Trusst Builder Group, our Wilmington NC builders are fully on board with that ideal. That’s why we offer a range of Lite plans in our Hearthstone Collection of floorplans. In this month’s blog post, we take a look at our new portfolio of Lite plans and the benefits you can expect from them.
The Benefits of Living “Small”
Trusst’s Hearthstone Collection of floorplans is known for its high quality craftsmanship, smart designs, and eco-friendly efficiency. And with the introduction of our Lite plan options, we combine those valuable attributes with smaller floorplans that are just more suitable to today’s minimalistic lifestyles.
With our Hearthstone Lite plans, you get all of the luxurious amenities you’ve come to expect from Trusst Builder Group in a home that’s easier to manage and more affordable to own. Why would you ever want a smaller home? Besides being easier to clean and more affordable, a smaller home offers these additional benefits:
- A smaller home gives you more time to do the things you want because maintaining the home is easier
- It encourages spending more time with family members for a closer family and tighter bonds
- It frees you from the clutter of possessions and makes you cherish your carefully-selected items even more
- The smaller floorplan provides you with less temptation to accumulate “things”
- Your smaller home reduces the carbon footprint for both your builder and your family
Introducing Trusst’s Hearthstone Lite Plans
Trusst offers three distinct Lite floorplans in its Hearthstone Collection of homes – the Ashton Lite, the Kindle Lite, and the Mason Lite.
The Ashton Lite offers three-bedroom convenience in a 1630-square foot floorplan. But, despite being nearly three hundred square feet smaller than the Ashton, the Ashton Lite still boasts a generous 13′ x 16′ master bedroom, a 16′ x 18′ family room, and a 12′ x 9′ dining room. Combined with an open concept kitchen with island and a 16′ x 11′ screened-in porch, the Ashton Lite is exceptionally designed so every square inch of the floorplan is utilized to the fullest.
At 1841 square feet, the Kindle Lite is slightly larger but no less optimized for living. Boasting a 14′ x 15′ master bedroom, a huge 18′ x 23′ family room, and larger second and third bedrooms, the Kindle Lite is the perfect mid-sized home for the average sized American family.
The Mason Lite is the largest of the Hearthstone Lite plans. With its generous 1936 square-feet of heating living space, this open-concept design offers the perfect balance of size and cost. The master bedroom is the same size as in the Kindle Lite, but both the dining room and the screened porch are slightly larger in the Mason Lite.
Regardless of which Lite plan you choose, you can expect your new home to come standard with Trusst’s high quality finishes and amenities.
