Trusst Builder Group Hires Caffee and Crager to Join Builders in Southport NC

Trusst Builders, a builder and developer of quality homes and neighborhoods throughout New Hanover and Brunswick counties including builders in Southport NC, has hired Ray Caffee and Stephen Crager to lead its newly expanded sales team as Brokers and New Homes Specialists. Caffee and Crager round out the Trusst Builder Group sales team, which also includes Shawn Horton, Broker and owner, and Ann Munna, Broker and New Home Specialist. All team members are licensed real estate agents and maintain their licenses through Trusst’s exclusive marketing agent, Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage.

About Caffee

A native of Wilmington, NC, Caffee has an insider’s knowledge and curiosity of the Cape Fear region and has a passion for real estate – particularly home construction and development. Since 2001, he has followed that passion, first as a Broker for a series of luxury developments in southern Brunswick County, and more recently as a Broker for Brunswick Forest in Leland, NC. Caffee joined Brunswick Forest in April 2007 and played an integral role in the neighborhood’s growth into one of the leading golf course communities in North Carolina. Caffee joined Trusst Builder Group in May 2012, where he is responsible for new homes sales in Brunswick Forest and Trusst’s House Calls program, in which homeowners can select from a portfolio of house plans to be built within the neighborhood of their choice.

Caffee graduated from Campbell University in 2001 with a degree in Trust and Investment Management and a minor in Financial Planning. Ray and his wife Brittany live in a Trusst Builder Group built home in the Westport neighborhood with their son Beckett.

About Crager

Stephen Crager’s career is defined by two passions: home building and sales. Lucky for him, he grew up surrounding by both. Instead of entering the traditional job market after college, Crager and two partners launched Peak Window & Door Company, a building supply company. Thanks to Crager’s sales skills, the business was, and still is, a great success. Yet, after a lifetime of Pennsylvania winters, Crager sold his share to his partners and he and his wife Becky relocated to Wilmington in 2007.

Crager recently joined Trusst Builder Group as a Broker and New Homes Specialist. He handles all sales in Hearthstone, a neighborhood of brick homes off of Lanvale Road in Leland, where he and his wife will soon be moving with their two children, Carley and Nathan. Steve is a 1993 graduate of the Bloomsburg University in central PA with a degree in marketing and business administration.
