Trusst Builders Forms Exclusive Sales Agreement with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage

Trusst Builder Group, a Leland NC custom builders company and developer of quality homes and neighborhoods throughout New Hanover and Brunswick counties, has formed an exclusive marketing alliance with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage to market all Trusst Builder Group homes. Featured neighborhoods in Leland include Brunswick Forest on Hwy 17, Ashton Place on Olde Fayetteville Road, and Hearthstone on Lanvale Road. Coldwell Banker Sea Coast will also market Trusst’s House Calls program in which homeowners can select from a portfolio of house plans to be built within the neighborhood of their choice.

In mid-August, Trusst Builder Group will relocate its corporate offices from two locations in Brunswick Forest to a new, 2,968 square foot space at Suite 130 at 1022 Grandiflora Drive in the Magnolia Greens Retail Center off of Hwy 17 in Leland. This will allow the firm to consolidate its operations and sales team to one location, which will increase efficiencies and provide customers with easier access.

The new location will also put the sales team in close proximity to the Leland office of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, located at 1018 Grandiflora Drive within the same retail center.

The Trusst Builder Group sales team is comprised of Shawn Horton, Broker and owner; Ann Munna, Broker and new home specialist; Ray Caffee, Broker and new home specialist; and Steve Crager, Broker and new home specialist. All team members are licensed real estate agents and maintain their licenses through Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage.

Trusst Builder Group may be relocating its headquarters and expanding into new neighborhoods, but it remains committed to maintaining its presence in Brunswick Forest, according to Horton. Trusst Builder Group, LLC was formed in 2012 as a partnership of Trusst Builders and Hearthside Builders. Together, the two companies have built more than 80 percent of the homes in Brunswick Forest and anticipate building many more, from brick patio homes and bungalows, to townhomes and executive homes. Brunswick Forest Realty continues to market all Brunswick Forest properties.
